[JOB OPPORTUNITY] GAHP is seeking a Social Media Manager in Vietnam

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimising our social media content across various platforms. This role requires a creative individual with a strong understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.


  • Position: Social Media Manager (40% part-time)

  • Location: Vietnam

  • Employment type: Consultant. The Social Media Manager is required to work 3 hours/day.

1. SCOPES OF DUTIES:

  • Content Creation: Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and TikTok.

  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote our initiatives, events, and projects.

  • Experience in optimising advertising campaigns on social media is a plus.

  • Community Engagement: Grow our followers, Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions with our followers to foster a vibrant online community.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse social media performance and provide monthly and annual reports to the communication team with insightful and actionable recommendations.

  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with our brand identity, voice, and values.

  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our social media strategy.

  • Website content management and updates.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.

2. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: Minimum two years of experience in social media management or a similar role. Applicants with prior experience in NGO/Public sector will be prioritised.

3. SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva, CapCut, etc.).

  • Ability to read and generate reports from social media insights and/or Google Analytics.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese. Other languages are an advantage.

  • Creativity and a keen eye for design and aesthetics.

  • Ability to analyse data and generate insights.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field is preferred.

  • Other: Knowledge of Vietnamese social media landscape and cultural nuances.
