HPAP Ghana

Ghana's HPAP process, completed in 2019, was led by the Inter-Ministerial Technical Working Group and implemented by the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO) in partnership with the World Health Organisation.  It was co-funded by the EU, UNIDO, USAID, and Pure Earth.

Priority Issues

The HPAP identifies the following priority sources of pollution for Ghana:

  1. Municipal Solid Waste Management

  2. Industrial Pollution

  3. Toxic Pollutants
